RETURNS & Exchanges
Sassy Fields is happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
As a customer of Sassy Fields you’re entitled to our standard free delivery service. Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon - Fri 8am to 7pm.
All orders take approx 2-3 business days. To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday 3PM CDT to receive by Friday at the latest. Unfortunately, we do not offer a Saturday service.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Need that item asap? Next business day delivery needs to be placed by 2pm CDT to be delivered up to 4:30pm the next business day.
Next day delivery is only for the next business day, so if you’ve placed an order on Friday after 2pm CDT or on the weekend, then you’ll receive it on the following Tuesday.
Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be dispatched on the next business day and delivered to the customer the following day.
Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to all USA locations. Delivery excludes: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
DELIVERY SERVICE
All our deliveries are handled by FedEx and UPS.
Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.
For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Sassy Fields when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt.
Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, but don’t worry. We make sure our designs clearly state this for you. ALL ACCESSORIES ARE NON REFUNDABLE
Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the item. Please note SALE items are refunded via Gift Cards.
Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing.
EXCHANGES
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Sassy Fields we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security ribbons and labels. This applies to any item dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
Exchanges take around 2-3 business days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Sassy Fields when sent back.
Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt and identify which item you would like replaced.
Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge.
If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference. Please let us know if you have made the purchase at hml@shopsassyfields.com
If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.
SALE ITEMS
We can only refund returned sale items by credit for use on our online store.
DEALS are not returnable for exchange or refund, store credit ONLY

LATE RETURNS
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may
be returned to you.
